We are an optimisation service, our goal in the first 90 days is to get you up into the top 7. For the remainder of the 12 months we will continue to optimise your listing weekly to keep pushing you up as high as possible in the top 7.

We love keeping things simple and giving our customers what they pay for, so all we ask is that you allow us to setup, verify and optimise your active Google Places listing on your behalf and if we don't get you in the Top 7 of Google Places for your business name and your business category in your local area within 90 days, you will be entitled to a full refund on day 90 to 100.

There is no need to follow this up with us, we have a special team that heads up any of these issues and as soon as they are fixed we will alert you by email.

Our 90 day money back guarantee begins upon successful verification of your account. Verification of your account is normally done either over the phone, by SMS, or by postcard. Our technicians will walk you through this process.

Adding photos and information to your listing is easy. Simply attach a maximum of 4 photos to an email along with a short blurb, if you so wish, to photos@publicitymonster.com.au and we will upload your photos within 48 hours. Please note that even after we have uploaded your photos, Google also needs to adjust to the changes which can take a further few days.

If your Google Local listing is not appearing in the top 7 by day 90 you have the option between day 90 and 100 to request a refund. (Please see when your 90 day begins)

To guarantee that your optimization service does not expire and that your listing does not disappear, ensure that your account is paid in full, on time. Your credit card will be automatically debited at the 12 month stage to ensure your optimisation is continued. If you paid for your service initially by direct debit and wish to continue doing so, it is your responsibility to ensure your account is paid in full and that we are informed of your payment details at least 14 days before your 12 months is up.

So as to not loose your top 7 placing in Google, Publicity Monster automatically renews your package with us at the 12 month point and continues optimizing y0ur listing. Should you not wish to continue with us for another 12 months then you need to inform us by email to remove@publicitymonster.com.au at least 14 days before your 12 month renewal is due.

If you do not wish to continue your listing for another 12 months, simply email a detailed request to cancellations@publicitymonster.com.au and we will ensure that your Google Local listing is swiftly removed.
